Maine High School Soccer - Deering nudges Biddeford
September 25, 2024: Portland, ME 04103 In Wednesday's league outing, the host Deering Rams soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Biddeford Tigers.
The Rams (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Thornton Academy (Saco, ME). The Trojans go into the Class A - South outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Thornton Academy was edged by Cheverus (Portland, ME), 3-2, in a league outing.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Falmouth Navigators (Falmouth, ME) in a Class A - South outing, on Friday, September 27. Biddeford will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Navigators go into the outing with a 6-1 record after their 1-0 league win over South Portland (South Portland, ME).
