The Dekaney Wildcats trounced the visiting Aldine Mustangs football squad by a margin of 59-0 in Thursday's league outing.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westfield for a 6A Region II District 14 outing on Friday, October 3. Dekaney will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 32-0 league win over Spring (Spring, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-3.

With the defeat, Aldine drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Nimitz (Houston, TX) to face the Cougars in a 6A Region II District 14 game on Friday, October 3. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 3-1. Nimitz won 51-7 in their recent league game against MacArthur (Houston, TX)
