September 25, 2025: Silver Spring, MD 20904 The Kennedy Cavaliers walloped the host Springbrook Blue Devils football team by a score of 53-13 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers play the Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 3. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Gladiators go into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 22-14 non-league loss to Pikesville (Baltimore, MD).
The Blue Devils (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Whitman (Bethesda, MD). The Vikings come into the Class 4A3A South test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Whitman was overwhelmed by Churchill (Potomac, MD), 35-0, in a non-league test.
