California High School Flag Football - Mercy nudges San Rafael
September 25, 2025: San Rafael, CA 94901 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Mercy Bears flag football squad scored a close 12-7 triumph over the San Rafael Bulldogs.
The Bears (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Presentation (San Jose, CA). The Panthers come into the match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Presentation tipped Gunn (Palo Alto, CA), 18-0, in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs now have a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to San Marin for a Marin County Athletic battle on Monday, September 29. San Rafael will play a Mustangs team coming off a 12-0 league win over Novato (Novato, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-2.
