The Middie Bears now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Monroe-Woodbury for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Middletown will meet a Crusaders squad coming off a 21-6 non-league loss to Valley Central (Montgomery, NY). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-2.
The Goldbacks (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingston (Kingston, NY). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Kingston nipped Pine Bush (Pine Bush, NY), 30-8, in a non-league challenge.
