New York High School Soccer - Aquinas Institute toppled by Canisius
September 25, 2025: Rochester, NY 14613 Canisius Crusaders (Buffalo, NY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Canisius moves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to St. Francis (Hamburg, NY) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Red Raiders go into the outing with a record of 2-4. St. Francis lost 4-0 in their recent league outing against St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY)
Next up, the Little Irish confront the Corning-Painted Post West Vikings (Painted Post, NY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 27. Aquinas Institute will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record.
