September 25, 2025: Birmingham, AL 35205 Alexandria Valley Cubs (Alexandria, AL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Ramsay Rams (Birmingham, AL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Alexandria advances its record to 32-5 on the season. The Valley Cubs travel to Faith Academy (Mobile, AL) to face the Rams in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 27. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 16-6. Faith Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Paul's Episcopal (Mobile, AL)
Next, the Rams play the Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Ramsay will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 12-14 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Clay-Chalkville (Pinson, AL).
