September 25, 2025: Horn Lake, MS 38637 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Horn Lake Eagles (Horn Lake, MS) and the visiting Byhalia Indians (Byhalia, MS), observed Horn Lake's volleyball team top Byhalia by a count of 3-0.
The Eagles (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Cormorant (Lake Cormorant, MS). The enter the non-league contest with a 23-8 record. In their last contest, Lake Cormorant notched a victory over Oxford (Oxford, MS), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
The Indians now own a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clarksdale for a Class 4A Region 3 battle on Monday, September 29. Byhalia will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Ripley (Ripley, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-5.
