September 25, 2025: Mattoon, IL 61938 Effingham Hearts (Effingham, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Mattoon Greenwave (Mattoon, IL), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, Effingham improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Hearts travel to Mt. Zion (Mt. Zion, IL) to meet the Braves in a Apollo challenge on Tuesday, September 30.
