The Munster Mustangs volleyball squad (Munster, IN), dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the host Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN)

With the win, Lowell improves its record to 9-9 on the season. The Red Devils host Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN) to meet the Kougars in a Northwest Crossroads contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Kougars enter the contest with a record of 12-8. Kankakee Valley lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN)

Next, the Mustangs meet the Andrean Fighting 59ers (Merrillville, IN) in a Northwest Crossroads contest, on Tuesday, September 30. Munster will attempt to move on its 4-23 season record. The Fighting 59ers go into the battle with a 11-14 record after their 3-2 league win over Hobart (Hobart, IN).
