Washington, DC High School Soccer - Cardozo overwhelmed by Jackson-Reed
September 26, 2022: Washington, DC 20009 The crowd at Monday's league test between the Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC) and the host Cardozo Clerks (Washington, DC), saw Jackson-Reed's soccer squad triumph over Cardozo by a margin of 10-0.
The Tigers now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Georgetown Day for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 27. Jackson-Reed will meet a Mighty Hoppers squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over DC International (Washington, DC). The Mighty Hoppers record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Cardozo drops to 0-1 on the season. The Clerks travel to School Without Walls (Washington, DC) to meet the Penguins in a DCIAA test on Monday, October 17. The Penguins come into the test with a record of 4-2.
