September 26, 2022: Bloomington, IL 61704 Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Cornerstone Christian Cyclones (Bloomington, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Saints face the St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans (St. Joseph, IL) in a Illini Prairie challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. Bloomington Central Catholic will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Judah Christian (Champaign, IL).
The Cyclones now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host Judah Christian for a East Central Illinois challenge on Thursday, September 29.
