September 26, 2022: Lackawanna, NY 14218 The Lackawanna Steelers (Lackawanna, NY) volleyball were winner over the visiting Tonawanda Warriors (Tonawanda, NY), 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.
With the win, Lackawanna betters its record to 1-1 on the year. The Steelers host Iroquois (Elma, NY) to face the Chiefs in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 12. The Chiefs go into the outing with a record of 2-2. Iroquois lost 1-0 in their recent non-league outing against Chautauqua Lake (Mayville, NY)
The Warriors now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Depew for a Section 6 Erie County III outing on Tuesday, September 27. Tonawanda will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.
