Ohio High School Volleyball - Ottawa-Glandorf crushed by Northview
September 26, 2022: Sylvania, OH 43560 The Northview Wildcats topped the visiting Ottawa-Glandorf Titans volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bowling Green for a Northern Lakes test on Tuesday, September 27. Northview will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Southview (Sylvania, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-6.
The Titans (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Celina (Celina, OH). The Bulldogs enter the Western Buckeye test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, Celina gained a win over Coldwater (Coldwater, OH), 3-2, in a non-league test.

SYLVANIA - A match of up of the division 1 #16 and division 3 #12 seed and Northview was able to dominate the victory, three sets to zero, winning 25-13, 25-17, 25-23 to move Northview to 11-3 overall and 7-1 in the NLL.
Leading for Northview with a team high 13 kills, hitting .476, and a team high 4 aces, was senior outside hitter, Sydney Hires. Junior setter, Natalie Kerchevall, contributed a crucial double-double with 12 kills, hitting .474, with 17 assists, 5 digs and 3 aces. Senior outside hitter, Kam Hunt added a key 8 kills, hitting .333 and a team high 14 digs. Junior setter, Hannah Schoen chipped in 16 assists, 7 digs, 3 aces and won 10 points off serve and junior libero, Jordyn Pakulski, added 13 digs. Eight total players for Northview recorded kills on the night and the team passed a 2.13.
