Herron Achaeans (Indianapolis, IN) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting International Gryphons (Indianapolis, IN), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Achaeans confront the Beech Grove Hornets (Beech Grove, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 28. Herron will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Morristown (Morristown, IN).

The Gryphons now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Indianapolis Scecina Memorial for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 2.
