California High School Volleyball - Santa Clarita Christian over Vasquez
September 26, 2023: Canyon Country, CA 91351 Santa Clarita Christian Cardinals (Canyon Country, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Vasquez Mustangs (Acton, CA), 3-1 in a league match.
Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Trinity Classical Academy Knights (Valencia, CA) in a Heritage match, on Friday, September 29. Santa Clarita Christian will attempt to advance on its 10-3 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 10-4 record after their 3-2 league win over Faith Baptist (Canoga Park, CA).
With the loss, Vasquez drops to 0-15 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Lancaster Baptist (Lancaster, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a Heritage match on Thursday, September 28. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 5-7. Lancaster Baptist won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Newport Christian (Newport Beach, CA)
