September 26, 2024: Stephan, SD 57346 The White River Tigers football squad scored 66 points and limited the host Crow Creek Chieftains to 0 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Crazy Horse for a All-Nations - Central (9 Man) test on Thursday, October 3. White River will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 60-6 league win over Flandreau Indian (Flandreau, SD). The Chiefs record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Crow Creek drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Chieftains host Omaha Nation (Macy, NE) to meet the Chiefs in a All-Nations - Central (9 Man) test on Thursday, October 3.
