September 26, 2024: Hitchcock, TX 77563 The Hitchcock Bulldogs football squad scored 22 points and limited the visiting Silsbee Tigers to 6 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hamshire-Fannett for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. Hitchcock will meet a Longhorns squad coming off a 38-6 non-league win over Stafford (Stafford, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Silsbee drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX) to meet the Longhorns in a test on Thursday, October 10. The Longhorns come into the test with a record of 1-1.
