Colorado High School Soccer - Smoky Hill toppled by Cherry Creek
September 26, 2024: Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Smoky Hill Buffaloes (Aurora, CO), 7-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Cherry Creek advances its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Overland (Aurora, CO) to clash with the Trailblazers in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. The Trailblazers come into the test with a record of 3-6. Overland lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Mullen (Denver, CO)
The Buffaloes now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arapahoe for a test on Saturday, September 28. Smoky Hill will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.
