September 26, 2024: Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) and the visiting Vail Mountain Gore Rangers (Vail, CO), saw Steamboat Springs's soccer squad prevail over Vail Mountain by a count of 4-0.
The Sailors (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO). The Huskies enter the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Battle Mountain by Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next up, the Gore Rangers battle the Coal Ridge Titans (New Castle, CO) in a battle, on Tuesday, October 1. Vail Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Titans enter the battle with a 4-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Gunnison (Gunnison, CO).
