September 26, 2024: Wilson, NC 27893 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the North Johnston Panthers (Kenly, NC) and the host Beddingfield Bruins (Wilson, NC), saw North Johnston's soccer squad triumph over Beddingfield by a count of 7-2.
The Panthers (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC). The Cougars enter the Neuse Six 2A battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Goldsboro Princeton (Princeton, NC), 3-3, in a league battle.
Next up, the Bruins battle the Eastern Wayne Warriors (Goldsboro, NC) in a Neuse Six 2A battle, on Tuesday, October 1. Beddingfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 0-8 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Wayne Preparatory Academy (Goldsboro, NC).
