In Thursday's league test, the Dodge County Indians (Eastman, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Southwest Patriots (Macon, GA), by a tally of 7-0.

Next, the Indians clash with the Washington County Golden Hawks (Sandersville, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 2 test, on Tuesday, October 1. Dodge County will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Golden Hawks go into the test with a 13-6 record after their 10-2 league loss to Bleckley County (Cochran, GA).
