The Pius X Thunderbolts softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Fremont Tigers to 3 in the Thunderbolts league win on Thursday.

The Thunderbolts now sport a 11-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayne for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 1. Pius X will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to Kearney Catholic (Kearney, NE). The Blue Devils record now stands at 14-7.
