Antigo Red Robins (Antigo, WI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Abbotsford Falcons (Abbotsford, WI), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Antigo improves its record to 16-8 on the season. The Red Robins travel to Lakeland (Minocqua, WI) to face the Thunderbirds in a Great Northern test on Tuesday, October 1. The Thunderbirds go into the test with a record of 8-6. Lakeland won 3-0 in their recent league test against Tomahawk (Tomahawk, WI)

The Falcons now own a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newman for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. Abbotsford will face a Fighting Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Edgar (Edgar, WI). The Fighting Cardinals record now stands at 14-13.
