September 26, 2024: Maben, MS 39750 East Webster Wolverines (Maben, MS) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Kosciusko Whippets (Kosciusko, MS), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, East Webster advances its record to 12-7 on the season. The Wolverines host Nettleton (Nettleton, MS) to face the Tigers in a Class 3A Region 4 test on Monday, September 30. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 9-11. Nettleton won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Shannon (Shannon, MS)
The Whippets now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eupora for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1.
