September 26, 2025: New Roads, LA 70760 In Friday's league game, the Westminster Christian Academy Crusaders (Opelousas, LA) football team were victorious over the host Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA), by a tally of 41-28.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the Sacred Heart Trojans (Ville Platte, LA) in a 1A District 5 game, on Friday, October 3. Westminster Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 4-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA).
The Hornets (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Livonia (Livonia, LA). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Livonia fell by Sumner (Kentwood, LA), 35-0, in a non-league outing.
