The Cypress Lake Panthers (Fort Myers, FL) football tipped the visiting Estero Wildcats (Estero, FL), 25-23 in Friday's league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Fort Myers for a non-league game on Friday, October 3. Cypress Lake will face a Wolfpack team coming off a 29-28 league loss to Port Charlotte (Port Charlotte, FL). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-2.

The Wildcats (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Lemon Bay (Englewood, FL). The Manta Rays enter the 3A District 13 game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Lemon Bay held off Island Coast (Cape Coral, FL), 51-14, in a league game.
