Wisconsin High School Football - Edgewood tops Lakeside Lutheran
September 26, 2025: Lake Mills, WI 53551 The Edgewood Crusaders football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Lakeside Lutheran Warriors to 34 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.
The Crusaders now sport a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Stoughton for a Badger - Small challenge on Friday, October 3. Edgewood will face a Vikings team coming off a 38-22 league loss to Portage (Portage, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 3-3.
The Warriors (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Horeb/Barneveld (Mount Horeb, WI). The Vikings enter the Badger - Small challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Mount Horeb/Barneveld topped Sauk Prairie (Prairie du Sac, WI), 57-24, in a league outing.
