The James Madison Warhawks walloped the visiting George C. Marshall Statesmen football team by a score of 42-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warhawks face the Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA) in a District 1 challenge, on Friday, October 10. James Madison will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.

The Statesmen (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Yorktown (Arlington, VA). The Patriots enter the Liberty challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Yorktown trounced McLean (McLean, VA), 35-20, in a league outing.
