Georgia High School Football - Greene County crushed by Miller Grove
September 26, 2025: Lithonia, GA 30058 Miller Grove Wolverines (Lithonia, GA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Greene County Tigers (Greensboro, GA), 56-7 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Miller Grove advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Redan (Stone Mountain, GA) to play the Raiders in a AA Region 6 battle on Thursday, October 2. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 2-4. Redan lost 50-0 in their recent non-league match against Callaway (Hogansville, GA)
The Tigers (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Warren County (Warrenton, GA). The Screaming Devils come into the A D2 Region 8 test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Warren County triumphed over Glascock County (Gibson, GA), 40-14, in a non-league test.
