The Highland Hawks got by the visiting Saguaro Sabercats football team by a score of 28-21 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hawks face the Casteel Colts (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 10. Highland will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Colts come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 13-10 non-league win over Mesa (Mesa, AZ).

With the defeat, Saguaro drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Sabercats host Higley (Gilbert, AZ) to meet the Knights in a 6A Central test on Friday, October 3. The Knights come into the test with a record of 3-2. Higley lost 50-7 in their recent non-league test against Mountain View (Mesa, AZ)
