Massachusetts High School Football - Wayland overwhelmed by Westford Academy
September 26, 2025: Westford, MA 01886 The Westford Academy Grey Ghosts walloped the visiting Wayland Warriors football squad by a margin of 35-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Grey Ghosts now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln-Sudbury for a Dual County - Thorpe test on Friday, October 3. Westford Academy will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 48-6 non-league win over Brockton (Brockton, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-0.
The Warriors (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Bedford (Bedford, MA). The Buccaneers enter the Dual County - Foley game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Bedford was ripped by Canton (Canton, MA), 13-0, in a non-league game.
