With the win, Veritas Prep improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Falcons host Tempe Prep (Tempe, AZ) to encounter the Knights in a battle on Thursday, October 2. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 0-1.
The Spartans now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pima for a contest on Friday, October 10. Gilbert Classical Academy will battle a Roughriders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Globe (Globe, AZ). The Roughriders record now stands at 2-1.
