September 26, 2025: Neosho, MO 64850 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Oak Grove Panthers (Oak Grove, MO) and the host Neosho Wildcats (Neosho, MO), observed Oak Grove's softball team get by Neosho by a tally of 4-3.
The Panthers (12-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Michael the Archangel (Lee's Summit, MO). The Guardians enter the contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, St. Michael the Archangel was edged by Oak Park (Kansas City, MO), 10-7, in a non-league contest.
The Wildcats now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Cassville for a non-league contest on Monday, September 29. Neosho will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 11-1 league win over Nevada (Nevada, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.
