In Friday's league match, the Garden Valley Wolverines (Garden Valley, ID) volleyball team held off the host Tri-Valley Titans (Cambridge, ID), by a margin of 3-2.

The Wolverines now possess a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Horseshoe Bend for a 1A Long Pin contest on Tuesday, September 30. Garden Valley will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Salmon River (Riggins, ID). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-4.
