South Carolina High School Volleyball - Northside Christian School Mount Vernon
September 26, 2025: North Charleston, SC 29420 Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Northside Christian School Eagles (North Charleston, SC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs (21-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 14-9 record. In their last test, Hilton Head Christian Academy was defeated by John Paul II (Ridgeland, SC), 3-1, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bluffton for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Northside Christian School will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 3-2 league loss to May River (Bluffton, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-13.
