Delaware High School Volleyball - Odyssey Charter over Newark
September 26, 2025: Wilmington, DE 19810 In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Odyssey Charter Owls volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Newark Yellowjackets.
The Owls (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilmington Christian (Hockessin, DE). The Warriors enter the Non-Conference challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Wilmington Christian beat Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Yellowjackets meet the Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE) in a Blue Hen - Flight A test, on Monday, September 29. Newark will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Green Knights go into the test with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Sanford (Hockessin, DE).
