Nevada High School Volleyball - Sandy Valley bounced by Round Mountain

Round Mountain Knights (Round Mountain, NV) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sandy Valley Sidewinders (Sandy Valley, NV), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Round Mountain improves its record to 9-4 on the season. The Knights host Tonopah (Tonopah, NV) to encounter the Muckers in a 1A Central test on Tuesday, September 30. The Muckers go into the test with a record of 9-6. Tonopah won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Awaken Christian (Las Vegas, NV)

The Sidewinders now own a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pahranagat Valley for a 1A South challenge on Friday, October 3. Sandy Valley will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Beaver Dam (Littlefield, AZ). The Panthers record now stands at 10-6.
