In Friday's non-league bout, the Thunder Basin Bolts (Gillette, WY) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Scottsbluff Bearcats (Scottsbluff, NE), by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Thunder Basin moves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Bolts host Sheridan (Sheridan, WY) to meet the Broncs in a 4A East contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Broncs enter the contest with a record of 8-6. Sheridan lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Laramie (Laramie, WY)
