The Camelback Spartans topped the visiting Metro Tech Knights volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.

The Spartans now have a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sierra Linda for a 5A Union test on Tuesday, October 2. Camelback will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-7.

The Knights (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ). The Falcons enter the 5A Union test with a 5-6 record.
