With the win, Poly upgrades its record to 8-8 on the year. The Parrots host Monroe (North Hills, CA) to face the Vikings in a East Valley outing on Friday, October 1. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 5-4. Monroe won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Arleta (Arleta, CA)

The Eagles now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Grant for a East Valley outing on Thursday, September 30. Chavez will face a Lancers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 14-6.
