Maine High School Soccer - Brunswick knocks off Messalonskee
September 27, 2022: Brunswick, ME 04057 Brunswick Dragons (Brunswick, ME) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Messalonskee Eagles (Oakland, ME), 6-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Dragons confront the Morse Shipbuilders (Bath, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 29. Brunswick will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Shipbuilders enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 2-2 league Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME).
The Eagles now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Edward Little for a Class A - North challenge on Friday, September 30. Messalonskee will confront a Red Eddies team coming off a 5-1 league win over Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME). The Red Eddies record now stands at 7-0.
