September 27, 2022: San Gabriel, CA 91776 The Alverno Heights Academy Jaguars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host San Gabriel Mission Pioneers to 0 in the Jaguars league victory on Tuesday.
The Jaguars now possess a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ramona Convent for a Soledad game on Thursday, September 29. Alverno Heights Academy will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 14-5.
The Pioneers (4-11) will now prepare for their game against Serra (Gardena, CA). The Cavaliers enter the Soledad game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Serra was dropped by Holy Family (Glendale, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
