September 27, 2023: Fairfield, ME 04937 Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Cony Rams (Augusta, ME), 2-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Belfast Lions (Belfast, ME) in a Class B - North challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Lawrence will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 4-0 league loss to Oceanside (Rockland, ME).
The Rams now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Erskine Academy for a Class B - North challenge on Saturday, September 30. Cony will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Leavitt (Turner, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 7-2.
