Missouri High School Softball - DeSoto bounces St. Clair
September 27, 2023: St. Clair, MO 63077 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the DeSoto Dragons (DeSoto, MO) and the host St. Clair Bulldogs (St. Clair, MO), witnessed DeSoto's softball squad tip St. Clair by a count of 10-5.
The Dragons now sport a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Perryville for a non-league match on Thursday, September 28. DeSoto will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 15-6 non-league loss to Saxony Lutheran (Jackson, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 2-17.
With the loss, St. Clair moves to 3-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hermann (Hermann, MO) to meet the Bearcats in a non-league match on Saturday, September 30. The Bearcats go into the match with a record of 1-8. Hermann lost 6-1 in their recent non-league match against St. Clair (St. Clair, MO)
