September 27, 2024: Maynard, MA 01754 The Maynard Tigers felled the visiting Auburn Rockets football team by a score of 35-21 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers play the Hudson Hawks (Hudson, MA) in a Midland Wachusett - C challenge, on Saturday, October 5. Maynard will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Hawks go into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 28-0 non-league win over South (Worcester, MA).
The Rockets (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA). The Red Raiders go into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Fitchburg was dropped by Shepherd Hill Regional (Dudley, MA), 40-14, in a league challenge.
