September 27, 2024: Brodhead, WI 53520 The Brodhead/Juda Cardinals football squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting New Glarus Glarner Knights to 0 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.
The Cardinals now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie du Chien for a Southwest Wisconsin test on Friday, October 4. Brodhead/Juda will meet a Blackhawks squad coming off a 63-0 league win over Dodgeville (Dodgeville, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 5-1.
With the defeat, New Glarus drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Glarner knights host Platteville (Platteville, WI) to meet the Hillmen in a Southwest Wisconsin test on Friday, October 4. The Hillmen come into the test with a record of 3-3. Platteville won 38-8 in their recent league test against Richland Center (Richland Center, WI)
