September 27, 2024: Negaunee, MI 49866 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Negaunee Miners (Negaunee, MI) and the visiting Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI), witnessed Negaunee's football squad topple Hancock by a tally of 48-20.
The Miners (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Westwood (Ishpeming, MI). The Patriots enter the Western Peninsula - Copper contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Westwood thwarted Gladstone (Gladstone, MI), 42-15, in a league contest.
