South Dakota High School Football - Tea trounces Mitchell

In Friday's league match, the host Tea Titans football squad scored a decisive 54-0 triumph over the Mitchell Kernels.

The Titans (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Brookings (Brookings, SD). The Bobcats come into the Eastern South Dakota match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Brookings was routed by Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD), 26-21, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Kernels confront the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD) in a Eastern South Dakota match, on Friday, October 4. Mitchell will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the match with a 2-3 record after their 18-17 league win over Sturgis Brown (Sturgis, SD).
