Colorado High School Football - Pueblo West can't hold off Vista Ridge
September 27, 2024: Colorado Springs, CO 80922 Vista Ridge Wolves (Colorado Springs, CO) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO), 20-16 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Vista Ridge advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Wolves host Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Lancers in a battle on Saturday, October 5. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Liberty lost 10-6 in their recent non-league battle against Rangeview (Aurora, CO)
The Cyclones now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Doherty for a non-league battle on Friday, October 4. Pueblo West will play a Spartans team coming off a 22-7 non-league win over Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 3-2.
